Product tour
A visual tour of the current Yodu company overview, employee channels, work board, memory, files, tools, MCP, skills, schedules, and model settings.
These screens come from configured workspaces in the current Yodu app.
Company overview
See which employees are active, what work is open, what the team completed, whether approvals are waiting, and how activity changes over time.
Employee channels

Talk to an AI employee in a focused channel while keeping tasks, approvals, schedules, memory, files, team access, and runtime controls in the same workspace.
Recruitment catalog

Hire from role templates, then adapt the role, model, context, skills, tools, and operating documents to the company.
Task board

Filter by assignee or priority, drag work through the lifecycle, and open a card for its full context.
Company memory

Keep durable company context separate from role-specific operating instructions, then update the shared source when the business changes.
Files

Browse uploads and generated artifacts by company or employee. Link the relevant file to the task or conversation that produced it.
App catalog

Browse and search app toolkits. Start a connection from the catalog, then manage the resulting account separately.
Employee access

The account belongs to the workspace; visibility belongs to each employee's switch. Flip a switch off to hide a tool from one employee entirely, without exposing the credential in chat. Risky actions stop at the approval gate regardless.
Custom MCP

Register a remote MCP server by URL, store an optional authorization header, verify health, and make its tools available through the same workspace access model.
Skills
Install reusable operating playbooks for research, communication, CRM, content, engineering, finance, legal, hiring, analytics, and orchestration. Search and import third-party skills through the separate ClawHub review flow.
See Skills and ClawHub for the complete import, review, approval, and assignment workflow.
ClawHub review flow
Search the ClawHub registry for a specific skill. Every import is validated and held for manager review before an employee can use it.
Employee operating documents

Edit markdown operating documents by employee and activate the version that should be used for future runtime preparation.
Schedules

Create, run, pause, edit, and remove recurring work while keeping a clear employee owner.
Model providers

Configure provider access once for the workspace, rotate it from settings, and select an available model for individual AI employees.
Runtime and backups
The Runtime page reports container state, worker and host heartbeat, queue activity, file-sync freshness, runtime evidence, per-employee health, and the most recent backup manifest. See Managed runtime and backups for the operational model and current restore-verification boundary.
Approvals and remembered decisions
Review gated actions, revoke remembered permissions, and keep settled decisions in an audit trail.
Platform MCP and API keys
Create client-specific keys, copy the Platform MCP endpoint, and configure Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Cursor from one screen.
Security and trust
How Yodu keeps AI employee work safe — dedicated container isolation, encrypted never-returned secrets, the human approval gate, per-employee tool switches, scoped access, and backup evidence.
Tools and MCP overview
Understand Yodu's app catalog, connected accounts, per-employee tool switches, custom MCP servers, and skills.
